Kenya to face Free State in Group C Africa T20 opener in Kimberley

The Kenya National Cricket team is in Kimberley, South Africa to take part in the 2017 edition of the Africa T20 Cup.

 

Thomas Odoyo’s charges begin their campaign Friday September 8, against Free State at the Diamond oval in Kimberley at 13:45 local time. They then face Northern Cape at 14:00 local time on Saturday September 9, before concluding their group matches against KwaZulu-Natal on Sunday September, 10 at 10:30 local time. 

 

The finals’ weekend is scheduled for 24 to 25 September 2017, consisting of the four respective

Pool winners and is scheduled to be played at Diamond Oval, Kimberley.

 

The Kenyan side includes Rakep Patel (captain), Rushab Patel, Irfan Karim, Shem Ngoche, Nehemiah Odhiambo, Nelson Odhiambo, Pushpak Kerai, Dhiren Gondaria Collins Obuya, Gurdeep Singh, Lucas Oluoch, Alex Obanda and Emmanuel Bundi.
